1. What this covers

This policy covers this website, our forms, our emails and text messages, and purchases. Our training programs have their own Data-Handling Statement, which we give to every client organization.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, organization, work email, phone number and your message, when you fill in a form, request a quote or buy.
• Order details: when you pay by card, Stripe processes the payment. Card details never reach us. Stripe sends us the order: business name, buyer name, work email, phone, PO number and program sponsor's email.
• Website usage: our website platform may use cookies and similar tools to run the site and count visits.

3. How we use it

To answer your request, deliver what you bought, send invoices and receipts, schedule training, and contact you about your order. We do not sell personal information.

4. Text messages (SMS)

• We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, about the purpose they agreed to.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages.
• Reply STOP to stop messages at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers that run our business for us, under their own privacy and security terms: Stripe (payments), our website and messaging provider (website, forms, email and text messages), Google Workspace (email) and Cloudflare (DNS and security). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purpose above and for tax and accounting records. Training records follow the retention periods in our Data-Handling Statement.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected].

8. Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser.

• Our website: our website platform uses cookies to run the site, keep forms working and count visits.
• Payment pages: Stripe uses its own cookies on its payment pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
• No advertising cookies: we do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share what they collect.
• Your control: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, forms and payment pages may not work.

9. Children

Our services are for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We will post any change on this page with a new effective date.
