Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. A signed agreement or accepted quote for your organization takes precedence where it differs.
2. Services
Training, credentials and audits as described in our published price list and in your order or quote.
3. Orders and payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are as listed at the time of order. Purchase orders and invoices are accepted as stated in your quote.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Before the first live session is delivered, you may cancel for a full refund. After the first live session, fees are non-refundable, but we will reschedule sessions you cannot attend.
5. Access and accounts
Access codes and accounts are for the people your organization enrolls. Do not share them outside your organization.
6. Credentials
Credentials are awarded only when the published standard is met. We may revoke a credential obtained by misconduct.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials remain ours. Your organization may use them internally for the term of its program.
What your people create is yours. Prompts, prompt assets, libraries, agent briefs, registers and reports created by your staff belong to your organization. You can download them at any time and keep using them after your program ends, including versions adapted from our templates.
8. Text message program
- Program: Psyc-Sync Media order and account notifications.
- What you get: messages about orders and accounts you are involved in. Message frequency varies.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See section 4 of our Privacy Policy: mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
9. Limits
Services are provided as described in your order. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Texas law governs these terms.
